After having our kicker and fish finder stolen this last week, we weren't gonna go out today. Now the kicker was bolted, clamped, and cabled on, and we had a lock on the fish finder. They still disappeared. The weather looked good, so we decided to go and try anyways. Launched at kingston add shot over to the oil takes at edmonds. We trolled a purple haze flasher and white hootchie, and a red racer flasher with a green spatterback hootchie. Had a hit on the red racer, spit the hook at the boat. Put the bait back down and got a hit almost immediately. This guy was headed for the cooler. My uncle put on a red racer flasher too. We put back down, and he gets a fish. Twenty minutes later, he gets another one. So today the red racer flasher was the ticket. Also, don't let the launch at kingston deceive you. It is 9 feet at low tide at the launch, but cut too close to the marina, and its less than a foot deep. We shined the prop on the boat...
