Hi this is my first report and just joined the board.

We got our 2 downriggers in the water at 8am. It took about an hour but at 9am the bite started coming on. First hook up we lost. Then about 15 mins later landed our first one about 60 feet. Had the radio on channel 68 and heard reports of people getting them 80 feet and deeper. So I had the D.R. at 70-80. More hook ups then landed 2 more. At this point all fishing died off about 1130 am. We only needed 1 more till we had our limit. We decided to fish till we got our last fish or 2 pm (tide change). But like I said the bite was over at 1130 ish.

Overall it was a nice day of fishing. We caught all our fish on green hoochies. We started our day with Ace-High and coho killers. But those didn't produce. All fish caught came from the hoochies.

The coho's are getting bigger compared to the beginning of the month when I was up at Sekiu.

Thanks for the welcome!

All hook ups and landing occurred at depths 225' but do not recall going deeper than 275'. 2 of the fish were caught with a slight "S" pattern while trolling. In other words I troll straight and "S" turn from time to time.

The best action was between Norwegian Point and Point No Point.

Hopefully I can get out again soon, but work is starting to pick up soon and I'm afraid it's going to take a lot of my time.
