11/27/2014 1:33:00 AMI know we bank fisherman dont have many spots anymore on the Waterfront compared to last year due to Seawall Replacement. "The REASON I trespassed is WE as "Bank" fisherman do NOT have access to prime fishing areas along the waterfront" is exactly like saying oh, I had to cross the private property to go catch salmon! NO! WDFW do check these site time to time & You sir could have faced Criminal trespassing, which can fine/ticket &/or jail time too! We all just got to play by the rules. If people keep doing this stuff we lose more spots. Once you do it and somebody saw you then they do the same. That person calls their friends because he limited out, the you'll see A LOT of people doing it.
