Report for Sat and Sun. Wasn't alotted a lot of time for fishing so I made the best of it.

Went out Saturday morning out to the north jetty. Incoming tide, saw huge breakers coming over the front of the jetty so I figured far enough. Had picked up some herring so I ran it on a slip setup. Had a bunch of take downs and lost a lot of bait. Waves gave me a hard time, I couldn't set a hook into anything for the life of me! Also ended up soaked. Left at 8 for family time. :)

Sunday new plan. Went out at 6. Went all the way to the east end of the jetty near the sewage plant. Threw chartreuse rotator jigs. Forth cast fish on! Pulled out a 21" hatchery coho!! Came unbuttoned on the rocks, lol. I bet I looked hilarious wrestling it. I was pumped got the skunk off! Also not a lot of waves that far back. Stayed for about a hour. Saw the sea lion so called it a day.

Considering I went fishing for about 2 hours from the rocks and left with a nice salmon I will call that a successful trip.
