went for round 2 for cohos, arrived at 11:30am was low tide, had 4 take downs, but nothing that stayed on the barbless hook, few were caught by others with me, silvers were small 17". Then all day nothing, fished till high tide. Bite turned on 30 minutes after high tide, caught my limit of silvers, 1 23"er and other one was 18+ That I threw fresh on a grill, on the beach. Also caught approx 5lb pink (released) also a big maybe 30+'" dog shark which self released by shore and a undentified black bird that Dove down after my bait and got hooked, brought it to shore and safely released, good thing about the barbless hooks. From us all together, (5) people we caught 9 silvers. Still little early for them, waiting for the bigger ones to show up next month.
