Went out to my favorite pink spot right around browns point. caught the afternoon tide change.
Fished for about 4 hour, did not get a bite and the other boats in the area did not either. Saw one small school (maybe 30 fish) the whole time.
Not really sure what the heck is going on here, this should be the end of the large runs about now, but so far it does not seem that they are even here yet!
I am guessing that the lack of rain and hotter water (was about 61 degrees:( ) is keeping them boxed up somewhere.
Creel reports show they are still up in the straits and the north so maybe there is still hope!
