Tuesday was the 22nd and it was bottom fishing day. We were to go catch Kelp greenling so we could catch Ling Cod. Glenn went to town while I only was able to hook a rockfish and a too small ling. They really liked my jig. That rock fish devoured it. Cami Bayer took the picture of my rockfish which I let go.

In one spot I sent my camera down for a few minutes and found out why we weren’t getting any fish. In that area there was only one little fish. Lots of kelp though.

to see how big it was. He let me take it home so I have enough for the year.
He also let me have the black rockfish. I have a problem catching lings on live bait. Maybe next year. I had a super time!
