Gusty McGusterson had the day off as yesterday was enough wind for a lifetime haha! Great morning launching out of Kingston. On the water by 545, pots in the water by 615 and lines in the water by 620! 1st fish on the boat by 7 and the action was hot hot hot! Boated 3 in an hour and lost a couple piggy's to boot. 45' was the depth of choice and 3.2-3.7 was speed. Flasher style didn't matter to much but green hoochies and purple haze hoochies worked well. We just couldn't get that last coho but we added 5 crab to the boat. All in all it was a great morning out there, not many boats but the commercial guys are out netting right north of the ferry lane, they got bills to pay to but in my mind there's plenty out there for all of us! My best advice right now....your numero uno priority should be fishing, work and chores will still be there when you get home lol
