They still have nets on the skagit where I love to fish but can't, it makes me sick! Any who it's nice to see some got something. Good job

10/23/2015 7:34:00 AMpunkrocker, are there still really nets in the Skagit? so do the rivers only close to fisherman and not the commercial and tribal agencies? If so something needs to be changed about that.
