I decide i want to go catch squid again tonight. I show up maybe 6. Many people. Many many people. I think myself duma maybe i should come early. I go alone today. I find spot between people there. Slow tonight. I see 1 boat come by he catch maybe some squid. Then 1 more boat come also. You see squid on top the water but they no bite. Then early on maybe time i get there not 10 minute later i see a duck in the water. Maybe that why squid not come. Then about 7 some tiny squid show up. Many squid catching for about 30 minute then they go away. Maybe 8 i see the boat leaving. Not many squid catch tonight. I get only about 1 pound. No good. But i guess what they say beggar no be choosing. I cook up the squid i catch. I teach you how to make dipping sauce. You take fresh lime and sqeeze it. Just 1 if by yourself. Take some fish sauce and maybe 10 dunk into a bowl. Sqeeze lime juice into the fish sauce. Then you chop up thai chili and ad to sauce. Mix and try see if enough salt. I then just wash off squid. Put squid in boil water and wait for finish cook. Dip the squid into the sauce and so good.
