2/12/2008 11:36:00 PMI don't really know what high is for this river but I don't think it is really high. One of the guys I talk to said it was still a little high but it seems just fine to me. I read somewhere that it is best fished when runninig at 2800cfm or lower. I when to the state water flow site but it did not show Sol Duc. Again it was my first trip and it looked inviting to me (just like you would expect to see in pictures of guys kneeling on river rock holding a hawg!) I'm expecting to go again thursday or friday so I'll post another report (and hopefully a photo!) BTW: I read a Oly Penn report on another site (for steelhead) and they seem to say things are getting just right precluding any heavy rain. I hope that helps.
