We went out to the POR last evening for a few hours. Put in at pioneer camp ground ramp in hopes of finding some new places to fish for pike. Took a nice boat ride but couldn't find any better places so ended up back in the Davis creek area.Wife caught the biggest pike she has ever caought it was 33" and 8.5 lbs. It had another hook and leader that had broken off in its throat. Took pics and released. I lost a smaller one and saw 7 or 8 others. I know someone out there is going to ask wky I gave such a high rating but only catching one fish, I fell any day out on the river fishing (and not at work) is a good day and catching any fish or even see fish is even better.
