got on the river around 5:30 got to our spot around 6:15 took a while for the boat to start up. with in 10 minutes my bobber was bouncing and gone hooked a nice 10 pound chromer. but i gave the pole to my girlfriend and after a nice little fight the fish broke off. i didn't set me drag loose enough and he broke us off a the boat. i had 1 more bump on that drift then i started my drift over and with in 5 minutes my bobber was bouncing and gone again. this time i kept the pole and landed a nice chrome 7 pound steelie. hell of a fight and he even jumped out of the water and bounced off my girlfriend with the net haha. after that it sorta slowed down, had a few more little bumps but no more take downs, did manage to catch about a 9 inch little thing haha.


over all it was an awesome day to bad i go back up to seattle tomorrow otherwise i would be on the river everyday.
