I headed down to the Douglas Bar, Outside of snohomish. Got to the river right around 7, got kind of a late start.. Only one other person fishing, So me and my buddy tied up some Spin and Glows, I was using a Pink n Orange, Jerm was using a Purple Pink. We were both using sandshrimp as well. Hooked on the 8 ounce Lead balls, and hucked out as far as possible. We didnt see anything rising and it was low tide, usally theres alot of action on low tide. May have seen a few pinks splashing. about an hour into the morning the pinks started getting a little hungry, I hooked up with a male about 2 lbs, then a female about 2 lbs, then another female about 2 lbs. wow they were small. The rods died down for about 2 hours. then Bam it came back on, Jerm hooked a couple nice pinks, and a jack king, we both lost a good amount of fish, got alot of bites, I landed 3 more. and this was all on last part of incoming tide. All fish released unharmed. i had alot of fun, No ironheads but i giuess minuture humoys will work. the hight tide fish were a little larger the last one i got was prolly 4 5 lbs and a few lost were a little smaller maybe 3 4 lbs. all in alla good day
