The Nisqually had quite a few people on it Sunday from the handicapped area upstream. The Indians had 3 nets out around the bridge which I observed them check mid day. They were empty. Thought the Indians were on the rude side racing up and down the river literally a few feet in front of everyone. They could have gone slower. Then the brush and other sticks etc that got caught in their nets were thrown back into the river purposely in front of fisherman. Would have been just as easy to throw it onto shore. Saw two people hook into a fish but both ended up losing them. Lots of fish rising in an agressive manner, but the fish were not biting. Our group tried all of the standard methods and colors. I even tried fly fishing to no avail.
