Tried to fish the green today at dawn. Low tide was around 6:22 am and sunrise was around 6:45. Started with 2 inch buzz bombs and had a hooked fish within the first five casts.It became unbuttoned and escaped. The water was real low, so I gave up on the buzz bomb.
Second lure that I tried was a pink dick nite. Had a fish on and got him to the shoreline. The line snapped when my friend tried to net him. I lost the lure and tried other pink spoons with no luck.
Once the tide started to come in again, I changed to drifting corkies and yarn. Had some hits but to hook ups. I was there for 5 hours for only 3 solid hook ups.
