Well hit the nisqually up for the last three days at around 10am. I was going in the mornings but then i had some luck but vary little fish action. I have been fishing the same hole on the right side of the bridge on mounts road across from the military side like always. Anyways the last two days have been pretty good due to the fact that i've been getting all my fish from 10am until 2pm. I am using purple yarn and a vary small black cork. I managed to land two silvers wich were keepers today. I probobly missed about 30 fish within the last 3 days. BRADS HOOKS NO GOOD. But all and all thats the times i have been fishing and the colors i've been doin good on. Haven't got any fish in close for awhile so they must be sitting in holes or in certain spots im guessing. Well gents good fishin

I heard from alot of people that they are upriver to. They said there still kinda chrome and theres alot of them.

Where I have been going to, it's hard to get to the silvers over the pinks...need to find a trigger for these fish. I seen a drift boat anchor in the middle right in front of me, but out of casting and wading distance, pulled out 2 nice chromers using.........................

nice, yeah on the lower river the silvers made a big run. Alot of the silvers i saw being pulled up still have there ocean color dark blue and chrome.

Hey guys, I just took my in-laws to Cabelas the other day and I remember driving past the Nisqually. (Or so I thought it was the Nisqually river) Anyway, I'd like to take my father-in law out there for a shot at his first salmon (mine too). Problem is, I'm from Kitsap county and have no clue about that area. Any chance you guys can send me a PM with some directions or tips for the Nisqually or possibly another river you might have fished? Thanks!
