Fished east side of I-5 caught tons of pinks no silvers(released all the pinks)heard of a couple silvers being caught just down river a bit and a couple caught up river about 2 miles. What I did see was a group fishing that did not know what kind of fish it was that we all are catching and after accepting several fish from one fishermen he caught one, I saw he did not punch his card so I mentioned to him not to forget(thinking in the excitement he forgot and I did not want to see him get a ticket) turns out he had no punch card or license for all that mattered not a single member of the family had one. I just shook my head and looked beside me at 2 gentlemen fishing that held up a fish snagged in the butt saying look at how I got this one... as he unhooked it and cut the gills and threw it in the dirt and snagged a few more....now with 8 between the 2 they proudly had there picture taken with the snagged fish.(by the way I politely let them know that they are not legal to keep if snagged). This just made them face the other way as they unhooked the snagged fish as though I didn't see it drug in front of me by the tail. I just shook my head, they left with 8 and proud to be fishermen. As they left I kinda watched a guy cut up his limit as he whacked the heads off then the tails he put them in his laundry detergent bucket and sat down and pulled out his wallet, got his pen, got his punch card and proceded to mark the 4 fish he caught, rather then marking them as they are caught as you are suppose to. I just shook my head and looked to the left of me as a guy that just got there brought one in by the tail, stomped on the head 2-3 times and put it on the stringer. DOES ANYONE FOLLOW THE RULES!
