Well first Ill start by saying I know I said on sunday I wont keep any more pinks. BUT again I caught a few that was good looking and hens with full bellies. So my smoker will be full and I am pickin up some more cure for my eggs tonight. I got to that little beach just below the 8th st bridge and within a few casts it was fish on. Few more minutes went by and it was fish on again. I was liking the way today was going. But good things sometimes come to an end. I didnt catch anything for the next hour then I hooked into another one. This one was alot bigger Its tail came up and I noticed it was foul hooked. So Im glad I lost that one anyhow. After a few more casts fish on once more. This one another pink, male, foul hooked its ok He didnt have eggs lol. Another one back into the river. Seen 2 chums caught but both where foul hooked and released. Then just before I was gettin ready to leave fish on. Another decent hen full of eggs. Tomorrow me, my cousin and my uncle are gonna run over to the skook for them silvers and chum. Hopefully we get some fish of good size. Ive not caught a 20 + lber this season yet. Tight lines all!
