First report, wish it was better news.

Tried fishing the Spokane River at Maribou Park for the first time Saturday and Sunday for a few hours with Mrs Skippy. No luck but it was fun getting the lines wet. Tossed a number of plastics, pumkin seed, junebug in both worms and lizzards. Tossed a single hook roostertail and spinner baits. Saw a few other anglers in the area but never saw a fish on.

I hear the fishing can be decent and for an urban fishery, the scenery is amazing. Hopefully I can dial in the right combo within a few more trips and have a nice local place to slip out to for a few hours.

The fish have seem to gone deeper there,
Early morning 630-730, or late evening seems to be the best times to go there
Also try hiking the shore line to the right , definitely some good size fish in there
Good luck to ya

You can never waste your time on the water. Plus read some of the reports below, they are there, I just haven't found them.
