Fished Blue Stilly after work yesterday with a buddy. Saw a bunch of silvers surfacing down stream from the big rock after the rapids. The most annoying part of the whole day was there was an old guy standing on the opposite bank right above the fish snagging. Dumb ass would cast a buzz bomb straight out and let if drift behind the fish then instead of jigging the buzz bomb he would jerk it to the side, reel and repeat. Saw him foul hook at least 3 silvers while I was there. Good thing he didn't land any. A guy in a white hat was there trying to get his attention but the old guy just ignored him. I see a quite a bit of this going on, but what can you do. I did manage to c&r one cutthroat while I was there drifting a pink worm, but no coho again.
