Fished the Sky near the soccer fields. Mainly float fishing with hand tied globugs. no real action until my buddy threw on a yellow spinner and then caught a nice 8-9 lb silver on the very next cast! I went back and forth after that with spinners and globugs but no luck. Our friends on the boat next to us got a silver as well and quite a few chums. We fished about 5 hours. and called it at 1.

Nice fish! Do you use pipe cleaner ot tie your globugs or go with the yarn? Seems like pipe cleaner would be pretty lickety split but not quite the 'poofiness' I would want.

Sweet work out there in the torrential downpour. I actually enjoy our rain fishing.........minus the sideways winds.

We tie our globugs with globug yarn. Not that we got any hits this time but they work great on the Vedder.
