12/2/2010 1:46:00 PMTry dark green yarn for Chum, sold at Sportco or pink yarn with a corkie, pink or orange yarn for other salmon. Use scent to cover your "human smell". To find them you just have to check where they are being caught. Don't settle on one spot all day. Start at one end of the river. Fish an hour at one spot, if no fish, move somewhere else in the opposite direction. Drive along the river and see how the other fishermen are doing. Fish at daybreak and late afternoon to sunset.
