Got to the river this morning at about 10am. By the time I got there, there were already about six other people there. Fished a hole that I knew that would produce some fish, third cast had a fish on and pulled in about a 6lber! Girlfriend was all excited about dinner tonight once I pulled the fresh pink in. Was drifting the ol' reliable nickel dick nite spoon upriver and letting it drift down slowly while reeling in slow. The guy that I was fishing to the left of me was there for about two hours, and hadn't caught anything. I got there and within five minutes and landed one. I said to him you win some you lose some, there's good days and bad days. Hooked into three, but only landed one. All in all was a pretty good day and was satisfied with the one fish that I got.
