Launched at Langus today tried a couple spots lower in the river only managed 1 fish. We went a bit higher trying to find a school not much action there either. Continued up to just below highway 9 bridge and saw a few fish jumping. We anchored up and starting casting. Holy smokes they were in thick on the west bank. We caught a few right off the bat at high slack. Went quiete for a bit then the tide turned around. We finished off our limits quickly. Everyone up there was catching fish. My dad and I as well as many other boats out there had doubles on several times. I am not exactly sure how many fish we lost but a lot. Also had one try to bite my jig by the tail we let him go. Somehow we need to figure out how to get kings, coho and steelies to run that thick. Sorry no pics to busy catching fish.
