Hit the lake at about 2:00pm Friday, fish on with in 5min. Fish were hitting hot and heavy all afternoon. Most were 10"-12" but there were a few hold-overs in the 13"-14" range. Fished Saturday too, limits were caught on both days by everyone. We were using power bait (all colors seem to work the same) with a 4 foot leader, fish were hitting almost as soon as it hit the water. Had to switch to a lure, just so I could fish for longer than 3 hours. Caught and released numerous using a small orange flatfish from the shore. We have been coming to the Quincy Lake area for 14+ years and have always done well.
