The wifey let me out to fish for a few hours for the lousy low tide today. Rushed there to meet a buddy. As soon as I got there he had one on, I netted for him. A little buck with a little red tint. About an hour later, I picked up a little bright hen. After that, the clouds just dumped! Fished for another hour and headed home. Saw some fish, but still haven't seen the big push yet, hopefully they didn't push into the nets last week!

I havne't seen any normal size silvers yet. I've gotten 3 silvers this year, and not one is larger than 5lbs, where are the big boys/girls?

Fish caught on the incredible edible egg!

Maybe the nets are screening out the bigs. There are a few OK size and the first coho I caught while fishing for pinks was probably 7-8 pounds. The other was a little bugger 22 inches like U mentioned. Maybe 3+ or so pounds. Did notice a lot of pinks with net marks after the nets went in so some of them were trying to wiggle thru instead of waiting for clearance or trying the impossible: head upstream and avoid the nets (unless you are a weekend fish). Haven't been out enough to get a good feel for it though overall. Very limited ffishing time this year. Thanx for the report and observation!
