Mark, I am with you all the way but that hot line works, it is ineffective. I called in one time and the operator knew exactly what I was going to say before I said it and then commented that they are understaffed and undermanned. They say the simply do not have the resources, but I told them if they invested a few officers for sting operations, they could rake in the cash on these violators.

10/4/2011 12:00:00 PMThe monies from the tickets go into the state's general fund. It would be nice if the money stayed within the department, but since its a state agency, they cant keep the money. This was discussed before in the forums.
