12/5/2011 10:58:00 AMWell the drift you were fishing is generally the best drift in the river, early morning your best bet are that drift. the farther you go down, the less fish there are, and the less people too, so it can be good or bad downriver sometimes. If its too crowded up top, just find a good hole down lower, they usually have a few fish around, going above hatchery is usually not a great idea.
