Had the day off today so I checked online to see which river seemed to be getting back into shape after the rain. The Wynoochee wasnt too bad, so my bf and I made the trip to the river. River was a iittle high and cloudy, but not too bad. Fished around the 7400 bridge. There was about six other people fishing. No one caught anything. Guys leaving made a comment that it was just as dead as yesterday. On the way out we talked to a local guy that fished at black creek from dawn to dusk. Said he got one to bite at 1pm and that was it. He said he fishes there about everyday, he said drift boaters were getting about a fish per boat. Ive fished the Wynoochee about 5 times, and it always has me stumped, Ive never caught a thing. I love the river though, its beautiful.
