I whitewater kayak from Headworks Dam to Flaming Geyser and I know all the spots to fish in there. You can avoid the vandals if you know where to park but there are high risk areas for sure!!! I am going to do an overnighter trip in the next few weeks on the green. I pack my boat up, put in at Headworks and fish down to Whitney Bridge. Amazing stretch of water and in the gorge it self you rarely see a soul with a pole!
