Hit the usual spots by Plantes Ferry Park. The river is about 10ft too high still but is fishable, hit the pockets and back eddies with a gold little cleo spoon 2/5oz, sz 1/0 octopus single point hook. Fished from 545am to 7am. Hooked into a rainbow trout about 19" and would say close to 2#. Rated a 5 because I was not expecting to catch anything due to the high water and fast moving currents.
