Well after reading reports I figured it must be hot so I headed up to reiter. About 35-40 cars in the parking lot, so I headed down the trail. After realizing that practically every hole had someone in it I got in where I could and worked my way back up to the hatchery. I didn't see a single person with a fish. One guy at the hatchery said he lost one, and I got nothing fishing for about 6 hours. It seems like people are much more likely to post a report when they catch fish, hence the lack of skunk reports...

Well then you sir should buy a lottery ticket! I spoke with about 10 people out of the 40 or so and no one had anything. I threw shrimp tipped jigs spoons drifted eggs with corkies...

I have been fishing that river for 6 years now and I have never seen it that good. People should know that good fishing at Rieter typically consists of one in five out of about fifty guys leaving with a fish. Every other guy leaving with a fish is insanely good for Rieter. For every guy bragging about their catch there are ten more humbly going home fishless.
