9/17/2012 3:21:00 PMBentrod- did you see any nets in your area? Not sure how high up they net but figured most of it would be in the lower straight channel. Keep at it and enjoy the time out there. One big positive, today I took a very short first trip of the season and saw almost NO garbage where I was (yes!).

9/17/2012 4:12:00 PMJust got done reading on other site that the nets go up to 16th right now but then go further in another week I think they said... Sure would be productive to fish right in FRONT of the nets after a few days LOL. No rain and lots of nets might equal a lot of fish milling around. Hoping you have success soon. I'm down to my last 2 jigs so understand your losing gear report... Ugh.
