If ther'e some immediate danger to it, even a 911 call could be used although I personally wouldn't use that unless there was some real feeling of imminenet threat to someone (911 operators have a lot to deal with). All IMO (in my opinion) only.

9/21/2012 9:29:00 PMhahaha... I have a special rod for that bridge. It is an 13' saltwater uglystick with 50lb test. I have three giant treble hooks and I huck it out over everyones gear and fowl everyone up... Of course I apologize and then reel in everyones line cutting each one at a time. Don't get me wrong I am very polite about it.

9/21/2012 11:12:00 PMThat bridge is just plain sad. Very fish caught there is caught illegally! I went down there tonight and didn't see one fish hooked in the mouth. I think between the seals and the snaggers the fish just don't bite period. They just try to escape with their lives! I saw a guy tonight hook a huge King in the tail and kept it. Fish and game needs to just move their head quarters to the Spokane St. bridge. I am goin to get out the pontoon and try my luck upstream tomorrow morning
