Took a buddy of mine of the snohomish river. Got our boat loaded and on the water at about 4:45 set in at rotary park headed up river towards sea plane without much luck. Decided we would head up a bit further up river just past the power lines , once we made a pass on the north bank we decided to make a loop and head on over across to the other side (road side) and head back down river .
As we made a loop we had seen a boat that was loading up a 12 pounder into a cooler we knew the bite was on and we seen them using brads wigglers just as we were, we decided to keep heading down river towards home because it was getting dark and we only have a electric trolling motor. we said a lil prayer to the fish gods (lol) and about 6:40 my buddy screamed FISH ON. caught a nice 10 lb 26 inch chrome . the fish kept on striking all the way up to sea plane we were using the green lighted brads wiggler . though we only landed one in the boat it was the first one in the boat since we have been going over the last 2 weeks in the lower snoho. tide was slack tide just as sun was beginning to set . back out for more in the am~ whooo!!!
