Tried someplace different today on the suggestion of another WL member. Nice area, but there didn't seem to be any fish around while I was there. At least nothing surfacing in the area. Nets are still out in force.
Spent some time casting spinners and jigs there before heading back to work. Stopped by 112th on the way back. Fish rising, so jumped down and tossed some more hardware. Still nothing. Saw one foul hooked while there.

I've heard that the bite has been a goofy one starting around first light and lasting til about 11. Then back on around 2-3pm. We usually get down and put in the water (at 1st ave) around 6am and leave the spot and head back around noon that way we don't have to run the full gauntlet of the nets. Notice on the last 2 Sunday's the Fisheries Dept. have been watching the netters and were haulin you know what after two of them on Sunday with his siren and lights goin.

Yep don't give up, you gotta just keep at it. Try to make the right times like MrJK said. I like to hit it around the tidal change to 2 hours after and best if that occurs in the Morning or Evening after the sun has gone either behind trees or the hills. Once the sun hits the water the fish are much harder to work with.
