Stopped by the lower river this morning on the way to work. Water was high and moving out fast. Saw a few fish jetting around the shallows next to the bank acting extremely spooked and a seal out in the main body of water.....decided to come back at lunch. Hit the water at 11:30. Low tide, but still running on the high side. A few fish jumping here and there, but not many. Fished a couple different spots tossing jigs and hardware. Couldn't raise a bit. Saw a few fish jump after the tide started coming in, but not as much action as I'd expected. Those that did were various colors. Didn't see any of the few other people fishing hook up either and none on the bank. Fished for 45 minutes and jetted. Maybe the river flow is a little high. IDK.

Looks like river height/flow is trending a bit higher but not a whole lot:

But I haven't been out in a long time so no idea what it looks like on the river. Hopefully some of that Soos outflow from yesterday's rain gets mixing in downriver to the salt and starts turning the fish on to get moving out of the salt...

the tides are not as far out right now as last week, so there is less drop of the river at low tide. The river does have a little more color to it, but not blown for sure.
