Feast or famine when it comes to rain and water levels... Fished above Sultan this am with a friend from work and river was basically blown. Saw 6 other guys...and zero hook ups. Later this week should be amazing as the water is on the drop. Guess this is why they call it fishing. Tight lines!

Actually the Sky will be up at its highest right now at 9.34 feet! With 10900 cfs at Gold bar station! Then will drop by the weekend then head back up again! The wallace now will be the best bet till the season ends! I Saw one up at the hatchery with the weir in place but should be out by now!!

Yeah its been a tough year for me to, I tend to fish the sky most of the time as its in my back yard here in Sultan, I have thrown everything but my dog into the river and not a thing... I tend to lean towards drifting, plunking, floating some sort of bait... Any thoughts?

I've caught and released my share of kings this fall drifting eggs...so far just missing the silvers... been throwing everything too...just going to have to fish more. Not that this is a bad thing. ;)

Haven't fished the Sky this week because of how blown it is,but I've been out there every week before throwing corky and yarn with luck 80% of the time. Strangely they've been biting for me. I hope the silvers are in the Wallace next time I'm out that way. Thanks for the info.
