What a day to remember......spent the night in my truck at Blue Creek Launch, did i mention the lack of sleep i got trying to get compfortable in the front seat with sub-freezing temps. at 7:00 am I started my journey down the bank looking for a open spot to fish. I started off the morning chucking corkies and yarn(no bait no scent)after about 10 cast I heard a good morning greeting, he went on to say I have a net if needed, 5 cast later it was FISH-ON. I landed a dandy fish pushing 15lbs. A half hour later it was FISH-ON again, this time landing a 7lb fish. I tried to revive the fish hoping to fish more, however, it was bleeding a fair amount so I packed up and headed for home. not a bad day, 2hrs of fishing, 2 pretty good strikes and also 2 nice fish. Dave thanks again for the awesome netting done by you. Heading back down Sunday night for another 2 days of fishing.
