Hit the OlyPen this past weekend in a last ditch effort to find some steelhead before the season ended. The weather was typical for a rainforest in April. Rain, sunshine, snow, more rain. Our target area was high in the system due to the high water and we're able to find a few gorgeous fish. Memorable experience for both me and my fishing partner since these were our first ever steelhead. I've said it countless times...this is something I'll never forget. Would like to thank Danny @ River Chrome for a fantastic trip. The tips and techniques you shared will definitely be repeated to help get us on more steelies next fall!

Beautiful fish guys! Were you fishing below the north and south fork or up in the Olympic Park area way up there? That looks like gorgeous water.
