Spent a couple hours plunking for silvers again, nothing there so decided to go down and play with some humpies. Pulled up to my spot and anchored allong the sandbar. First cast FISH ON! Scrappy hen that put up a hell of a fight for a humpy. Ended up hooking 9 including a nice buck that looked to be 7-9lbs. Thanks to the thick fog the bite lasted a little longer. Good luck out there

yea the fog was nice. The best bite is from 5-9am after that the sun comes out and the fish do their own thing.

how are the runs there at the Skagit? Are they rolling or coming in big schools?
