Took Oneshot's advice and floated from the Lewis St. Bridge to Candy Park. What a float! I took a newbie out and had a great time. She caught her first salmon on a pink jig. I caught 6 all on spoons. I only kept two bright ones. I thought the float was over when I got to the 522 bridge. Wrong! Didn't fish much from the snoqualie down. Just rowed and rowed and rowed. I need a trolling motor for my raft. Got to Candy Park around 10 in the dark but had a a great day.

QQ: When "humps" appear is the meat not as good or is there some other reason?

That's a raft you're on? Doesn't look like a raft.

humpies and chums are used for dog food in Alaska .because of the high oil content. A fresh fish with sea lice on them tsast purty dang good
wrapped in foil with lemon and tater pieces, salt, pepper and a dash of garlic stuffed in the cavity and foiled up and put on the bar b. Ate one last night that way. good stuff. but not as good as the leader board done the same way. reds, silvers, kings. Let the Humps go do there thing.
