So my dad and i have been just dying to go catch some humpies and tried langus on the 3rd and got skunked, so after all the good reports we decided to go out and launched out of cady, went up and it was high tide and bout 5-10 min into it my dad hooks up and its a buck and we forgot our net so im trying to grab it and it comes off. Thats ok we are only keeping the hens, he hooks up again and lands a little hen, bonk it and then he hooks up again, and i hook up so we are in a double but mine spits it about 5 secs into the fight, he releases a nice buck, then i hook one and release another buck, we move up and i cast out and hook and land a hen and then the next cast land another buck! Then my dad lands a beautiful hen nice and bright, so all in all we landed 11, i landed 5 my dad 4 and we handed a fish each off to my little brother and went home with a limit of hens! Great day cant wait to go back again!!
