9/6/2013 8:41:00 AMAs gnunes was saying, page 12 of the regs might help a little. The second part below says game fish but I think it applies to salmon too? I also once heard that both anglers must record the catch and that a signed note from the angler who caught the fish must be given to the receiving person. But i can't find that catch card part in the regs.
