9/10/2013 9:49:00 PMI know folks like using the 3-way with the dropper, but I keep getting that rig all tangled up. I just fish Dicknites with a standard sliding weight drift-fishing rig, on a 5-6ft leader. Due to the slow water on the Green, I'll use 1/4oz pencil lead. Cast slightly upstream and let it sink a little. Then reel as slow as you can throughout the drift. If you feel any bumps or extra weight, set the hook. I watch my tip the whole time, because sometimes all the bite is, is the rod tip bending a little more than usual. Other times, they about jerk the rod out of your hand.
