So got out to the cracker bar at 7 and started with a jig and i was gettin bites but couldnt connect, then my dad hooks up, comes up foul hooked. Hooks up again, foul hooked. then we keep hittin em and they are popping off every one we got on. then my dad hooks up and this thing takes off and i knew immediately that it was not a humpie! Hes fighting it and right as he starts getting some line in he losses it. So then i get my 9'6" lami out and start throwing a dick nite and second cast nail something and after about 15 seconds loose it. So keep fishin and i end up with 5 hooked in the mouth and countless foul hooked, only brought home 1 decent hen for eggs. dad ends up with 7 hooked in the mouth and a bunch foul hooked. My buddy only got 1 in the mouth. good day wish i coulda got a coho, oh we also went up to the wallace hatchery and right as we got back to the fishin holes they let the damn go! so the water got super murky and high so we left.
