10/10/2013 11:22:00 AMWhat most people like to do with these zombie is to put heavy seasoning, 2 whole lemon, 3 twigs of sage sitting on top of cherry plank wood. I pick cherry wood because is spicier than most wood. You want to cook the pink over high heat using charcoal. ONce the fish is done. Slide the fish on top of the hot burning coal and let it burn. Now...carefully place cherry plank wood on warm plate and is ready to serve. The cherry wood plank has absorb all the pink salmon fish flavor onto and into the wood, not to mention the strong seasoning added to the wood. mmmmmhmmmh good, i love fish flavored wood planks. I can't wait until 2015 to start all over again. :D
