After a long tough weekend, it's nice to be back on the Sky! Stacked with fish, willing to bite, and pulling back. Granted, the river banks are starting to smell quite ripe with rotting pink carcasses floating down, but the silvers make up for it!

Quality roe, that's all I can say. Micro jigs in the upper stretches, spinners and plugs in the lower work well too, but if the stretch you're fishing has a mess of non-moldy, but still nasty, pinks, roe will keep them off. For the most part. The less time you spend reeling in pinks, the more time you have to reel in silvers! Some of the fish are blushing and you can hear the sirens, but there are plenty of fish in there to justify high grading.

Let's float the river! I have a few days available, and I'd love to run you down and get your arms sore!

Don't you mean "those" sirens? I like the pose though, it's kinda like the thinker pondering how vultures eat. Either way, good to see Nate is putting people into limits, better than other guides I would think.
