It feels good to be back on the river. The wife said I fish too much so I have been trying to keep her happy. She has been complaining about the eggs just sitting in the fridge for the last month so I convinced her to let me go fishing to get rid of the eggs. Decided to hit the start of the outgoing tide and go down to the Patato shed to do some plunking. Started out with an orange tiger stripe spin n glow with eggs and could not keep the trout off the eggs. I switched up to a green spin n glow with pink head and stripes. The trout stopped eating all my eggs after that and a while later this nice chrome silver decides to swallow the eggs. Great fighter with multiple runs up and down the bank before I tired it out. Decided to call it a day and go slap it on the bbq.
